We have wide experience of hydro jet cleaning of condensers, Boilers, heat exchanger,
vessels, pipeline, other various systems.
We have an AMC for Stage-I,II and III Condensers tube cleaning by High Pressure Water
Jetting at NTPC FARAKKA STPP, WB.
We have successfully executed cleaning of condenser tubes of U#1, 500MW by High
pressure hydro jetting method at DVC-DSTPS-Andal in Sep’2019; 660MW Condenser Unit
# 4 & 5 by chemically followed by High Pressure Water Jet Cleaning at M/s NTPC - Barh
STPP and also other various project throughout the country.
In the recent past, we have successfully executed hydrojet cleaning of around 500Mtrs×2.5-
3.2 mtr. dia pipelines in a Hydro Power Plant at Dima Hasao-Assam.
Bullet Shot Cleaning
We have the experience of bullet shot cleaning of condensers up to 800 MW capacities.
In the recent past, cleaning of 800 MW TOSHIBA (JSW) make condenser having about
50,584 No. Tubes. of Unit # 2 by bullet shot method at Ntpc – Kudgi STPP, Karnataka.
And also cleaned regularly (AMC) in NTPC’s various projects namely Farakka, Simhadri,
etc. projects (500 MW condenser) and also other various projects throughout the country.
