We introduce ourselves as a consortium having wide experience in the specialized field of chemical cleaming and hydro-jet cleaning of boiler, condenser, heat exchanger, vessel, pipeline, other various system, bullet cleaning & borescopic inspection of condenser tubes in various power, fertilizer, refinery and petro-chemical plants & products. KEY FEATURES

We offer a broad range of chemical cleaning services. Each job is tailored to the application. Typically, a chemical cleaning job involves the following operations:

Removal of rust preventive compounds, greases, dirt, sand, cutting, oils, etc.

Removal of mill scale, rust and other corrosion products.

Neutralization and passivation of the freshly cleaned metal surfaces.

For higher silica & acid insolubles containing scales in condenser tubes, we have developed a tailor made special formulation with multiacid. The special method has been very successfully used upto 600 MW condenser cleaning job. Now, we are going to apply for patent for this method.

For any type of big vessel and equipment like Sphere, Deaerator, etc., we use spray cleaning technology with solid cone spray 3D nozzles. This gives much better cleaning efficiency without fully filling the system.

BENEFITS OF HYDRO JETTING OR BULLET SHOT CLEANING AFTER CHEMICAL CLEANING OF CONDENSER

Unless and until the residual scales are removed from inside tubes, efficiency of the condenser will get impaired to get full benefit of chemical cleaning. A combination of chemical cleaning followed by hydro jetting will give you the best result.
